The instrument room/cabinet is a combination, complete set, and installation application of industrial online analytical instruments (one unit), equipped with basic facilities such as power supply, wiring, ventilation, lighting circuits, and carrier gas, standard gas, driving gas, control panel, etc. required for the analytical instruments. Used for continuous and automatic on-site measurement, analysis, and control of material composition and content in the production process. It can meet the special environmental conditions required for the complete system of online analytical instruments, such as temperature, humidity, dust and explosion prevention, providing great convenience for the on-site installation, operation and maintenance of online analytical instruments. The instrument room/cabinet adopts internal and external steel structures, and the analytical instruments and control units are assembled inside the cabinet. Sample pretreatment, carrier gas, standard gas, and driving gas are installed on the periphery of the cabinet. The sampling probe and pre pressure reducing station are installed nearby the process pipeline. Explosion proof air conditioning and steam heating equipment are installed inside the cabinet, which can adjust the indoor temperature. Equipped with explosion-proof power junction box and signal junction box. The lighting system adopts explosion-proof fluorescent lamps and is equipped with explosion-proof emergency fluorescent lamps. The cabinet is also equipped with ventilation, air exchange, and filtration devices, which can provide timed ventilation and air exchange to maintain fresh indoor air. According to the on-site process requirements, the cabinet can also be equipped with an alarm interlock panel (including gas sensors and controllers) and an alarm siren. When there is a combustible/toxic gas leak, the alarm siren will sound an alarm to protect personal safety.
